The Lion King

A lively stage adaptation of the Academy Award-winning 1994 Disney film, The Lion King is one of Disney's most vibrant and exciting tales. It's the story of a young lion prince—Simba—living in the flourishing African Pride Lands. As a youth, Simba is characterized by innocence, joyously roaming the Pride Lands with an adventurous spirit until his Uncle Scar seizes the kingdom. Initially, Simba flees, leaving his life behind. Soon, however, he encounters a series of hilarious friends and eventually realizes he must return to set things right.
