  • Katz's Deli 205 E. Houston St. Ludlow St. 212-254-2246. The service is pushy, and aggressive. Awesome hot dogs, and pastrami sandiches. Excellent deli located on the Lower East Side.
  • Pastrami King (Queens) 124-24 Queens Blvd. 82nd Ave. 718-263-1717. Considerd the best pastrami in the city. An excellent kosher deli, that is worth the trip. The sandwiches are awesome.
  • Second Avenue Deli 156 Second Ave. 10th St. 212-677-0606. This is the best deli in the city. Located in the East Village it is considered an landmark. Considering that it is the best deli the price is pretty fair. The service is not that good, but you can get kosher cusine. Go for the chopped liver, pastrami , c orned beef, or the matzo ball soup. If you are close by during lunch make sure you drop in and get a sandwich.
